A song, a companion Music Remedy, and the question at the heart of The Book of Manifestation

A Life Can Keep Running and Still Go Numb

I Forgot How to Feel_ Egyptian Luxury Soundtrack

Picture someone who keeps everything moving: the job gets done, the bills get paid, the family is cared for. When someone asks how they are, they smile and say, “I’m fine.”

Inside, it’s a different story. Laughter has gone quiet. Curiosity has faded. Dreams have been set aside for later. Feelings that once moved freely now sit like a weight inside the chest.

The life is functioning. But is it alive?

That is the question behind my song, “I Forgot How to Feel,” and the companion ebook I’ve written to go with it. And it leads straight into the question I spent an entire book exploring: You are already manifesting. Is it good?

The Song: “I Forgot How to Feel”

“I Forgot How to Feel” moves through a surreal landscape of withheld emotion: walls built from things left unsaid, deserts where tears were held back, a weight inside the chest, and a river that keeps flowing even when we’ve forgotten it’s there.

But the song isn’t only about loss. It’s about the Heart’s priestly office, represented by Melchizedek, who met Abram after battle with bread, wine, and a blessing. When feeling returns, the Heart doesn’t just welcome it. It asks what deserves our devotion.

One line sums it up: “I forgot how to feel, but I remember who I am.”

How to listen: Don’t just follow the imagery. Listen for the walls. Then ask yourself:

What am I being moved by—and what am I being asked to give?

Write down your first answer without correcting it. You’re gathering information.

The Ebook: I Forgot How to Feel, an 18-ChakraVerse Music Remedy

A song can raise a question. The ebook helps you answer it.

I Forgot How to Feel: Where Love Becomes a Sacred Priesthood is a practical guide to reconnecting with feeling while learning to choose what receives your devotion. Inside, you’ll find:

  • When functioning takes the place of feeling: how the walls that protected you can also keep out joy.
  • The three offices of the Inner Kingdom: the King in the Solar Plexus, the Priest in the Heart, and the Prophet in the Throat.
  • Bread and wine: what Melchizedek’s meeting with Abram reveals about the structure and flow a feeling life needs.
  • Examining the smile: how much of what you call peace depends on what you leave unsaid.
  • Bring One Feeling to the Altar: a five-step practice with a fill-in journal page and a seven-day check-in.

The point isn’t to act on every feeling or to force yourself to be happy. Feeling anger doesn’t require cruelty. Feeling love doesn’t settle every question about trust. As the ebook puts it, remembering how to feel does not require surrendering your judgment.

How to Use All Three Together

  1. Listen. Play “I Forgot How to Feel” below and write your first answer to the listening question.
  2. Examine. Work through the ebook and its Bring One Feeling to the Altar practice to see what has been receiving your devotion.
  3. Evaluate the fruit. Read The Book of Manifestation: You Are Already Manifesting. Is It Good? to look at what those patterns have been producing, and how to construct your life consciously.

You don’t have to resolve your whole emotional history this week. Start by noticing. Numbness is information, and what you do with it is part of your development.

From “What Is on the Altar?” to “Is It Good?”

“I Forgot How to Feel” asks what is receiving your devotion. But whatever we place on the altar, we sustain, and whatever we sustain bears fruit. So the next question follows naturally:

What is your devotion producing?

That is the question at the center of The Book of Manifestation: You Are Already Manifesting. Is It Good?, Book One in my Book of Manifestation series.

Most manifestation teaching starts with what you want. This book starts somewhere else: with what you are already creating. Every decision, habit, relationship, and response is participating in the construction of your life. You don’t have to learn to manifest. You are already doing it. The real question is whether the fruit is good.

In Genesis 1, God looks at what has been made and calls it tov, good. Creation includes evaluation. The Book of Manifestation invites you to bring that same standard to your own life:

  • What am I cultivating?
  • What am I sustaining?
  • What consequences am I producing?
  • How might conscious construction change my relationship with Source, myself, and others?

The book explores manifestation through biblical interpretation and personal responsibility. It looks at the relationship between Adam, humanity learning to govern its own choices, and Eve, the living technology of manifestation. And it teaches the seven capacities of Eve and the nine attributes of Adam.

If “I Forgot How to Feel” helps you notice what moves you, The Book of Manifestation shows you what your responses are building, and how to build on purpose instead.

This isn’t another promise that positive thinking will deliver everything you desire. It’s an invitation to move from unconscious construction to conscious construction.

Get the books. Take the quiz. Manifest the life you want.
